Ingredients:
– #Epsomsalt: Easily absorbed through the skin, it helps relax muscles, reduce inflammation, and relieve stress. It also aids in detoxification by drawing out toxins and promoting overall well-being.
– #DeadSeasalt: Derived from the Dead Sea, it contains minerals like magnesium, potassium, and calcium, which are beneficial for the skin. It exfoliates dead skin cells, leaving your skin smooth and rejuvenated. It also improves circulation, reduces muscle tension, and alleviates skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
– #Bakingsoda: Acts as a gentle cleanser, removing impurities from the skin. It also restores the skin’s pH balance, making it soft and supple. Additionally, it soothes skin irritations, reduces itchiness, and promotes relaxation.
– #Essentialoils: Add fragrance and provide therapeutic benefits. Choose oils based on your preferences and desired effects. My favorite combo is lavender and cedarwood for their calming and stress-reducing properties.
Instructions:

Ingredients:
Benefits of Each Ingredient:
- Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulfate, which is easily absorbed through the skin. Soaking in epsom salt-infused water can help relax muscles, reduce inflammation, and relieve stress. It can also aid in detoxification by drawing out toxins from the body, promoting a sense of overall well-being.
- Dead Sea salt is derived from the Dead Sea, a saltwater lake renowned for its high mineral content. It contains a unique blend of minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and calcium, which are beneficial for the skin. Dead Sea salt helps exfoliate dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated. It can also help improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and alleviate certain skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
- Baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate, is a versatile ingredient that serves multiple purposes in bath salts. It acts as a gentle cleanser, helping to remove impurities from the skin. Baking soda also has alkalizing properties that help restore the skin’s pH balance, leaving it soft and supple. Additionally, it can soothe skin irritations, reduce itchiness, and promote a sense of relaxation.
