#FormulaOverview:
The formula is described as having a “lit from within” glow that has the “rosiness of a blush.” The finish seemed to indicate a “sheer glow” that helped to “blur” imperfections and pores. They’re a more intense highlighter–high-shine, though the pearl/shimmer was finer in size, but still not what I’d consider subtle, sheer, or that blurring. I didn’t find it emphasizing on my skin, but for those with more textured skin, it might emphasize slightly at higher coverage applications.
The consistency was smooth, dense without being thick or stiff in the pan, and it had good glide, which helped it pick up evenly with a brush and diffused well on bare skin. It softened slightly as it melded with my skin and its natural oils after a few minutes on my skin. The pigmentation was opaque in a single layer, though it could be used with a less-dense brush or lighter hand to achieve more buildable coverage if desired.
These lasted well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.
