Moira Glowing Up Sculpt and Glow Duo Stick ($12.00 for 0.39 oz.) includes a pearlescent, light yellowy-gold paired with a mid-tone, warmer bronzer with a matte finish. Both shades were fairly pigmented, blendable, and easy to work with whether applied onto bare skin or over foundation as they were not prone to lifting up. As the formula was cream-to-powder, they both had good longevity and weren’t prone to migration.
Glowing Up (Highlighter) is a light, yellowy gold with moderate, warm undertones and a soft, pearly sheen.

Formula Overview
–
The formula is described as a “cream-to-powder” one that will “last all day” and is “non-sticky.” The consistency was lightly emollient, thin while retaining enough glide to apply well to bare skin as well as layered over foundation. The pigmentation was semi-opaque to opaque in a single layer, but it remained blendable and easy to sheer out. I found the formula played particularly well with stippling brushes for a sheerer, more buildable-level of coverage.
It dried down in about 10 seconds to a more matte finish, so it did not appear dewy, but it wasn’t flat and could still be gently blended on the edges without it lifting up base products or becoming patchy. The pearl was fine and noticeable when the sun light hit my cheekbones but might be too subtle for some people’s preferences. It wore well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
