Watch Cardi B’s New Music Video and Spot the Hair Hanging From Her You-Know-What

ICYMI, #CardiB finally released her music video for #Bongos featuring #MeganTheeStallion on September 8. The visuals are absolutely stunning with colorful cutout bodysuits, towering heels in all the colors of the rainbow, massive feather headpieces, and inches and inches of hair.

By far, my favorite hair look from the video is a dark red, two-piece suit made entirely of #boxbraids. At the 15-second mark, Cardi B can be seen wearing the bikini, paired with lengthy hair (this time on her head) that is the same color as she dances in an open fridge. The red hair on her head is mostly straight, with the ends falling to her knees. Despite her dancing, it’s hard to miss the #braids and golden accessories throughout her hair.

The rest of her #braids come from her bikini set. The braids are weaved together to create the bikini top, with several braids sticking out from each bra cup like a fringe that cascades towards her hips. The bottom of the bikini also has a braided “fringe” flaring out from the bottoms, creating a sort of skirt. These red braids are adorned with golden accessories similar to the ones in her actual hair.

Honestly, my biggest criticism of this video is that the rappers didn’t release it earlier in the summer. Every time I hear the Brazilian funk-influenced beat, my butt can’t help but move, and I immediately crave a summer party.
